Emma's Mixed-Up Mondelbrot does not accept returns nor grant refunds on any products sold unless is it a result of an error in our packaging or handling of the order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Emma's Mixed-Up Mondelbrot is not responsible for delays caused by our shipping partners, missing packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier, nor incorrect shipping information you may have provided.
