Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery Options:

All shipments are planned to deliver in. US domestic shipping rates are a flat fee depending upon the shipping address. 

Processing Time:

All orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed Monday - Friday will ship out the following Monday-Tuesday. We cannot guarantee orders placed Saturday-Sunday will ship out in the same week and will most likely ship the following week. 

Cancellations: 

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please email us at adam@emmasmondelbrot.com.  

Returns:

Emma's Mixed-Up Mondelbrot products are perishable therefore all sales are final, and returns are not accepted.  

Delayed Orders:

Emma's Mixed-Up Mondelbrot is not responsible for delays caused by our shipping partners, missing packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier, nor incorrect shipping information you may have provided. 

Damaged Orders:

Emma's Mixed-Up Mondelbrot is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, email us at adam@emmasmondelbrot.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. 

Restrictions:

Order cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
